146 Somerfield St Christchurch has been managed by David for a number of years.
When David took the building on, it was a small mechanics workshop. The building was damaged beyond the point of repair in the 2010 Christchurch earthquake.
David oversaw the demolition and construction of an entirely new building, which now contains an insurance broking firm and fine furniture store.
